<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Hematopoietic stem cells transplantation (HSCT) is a potentially curative method for patients suffering from different oncological, hemato-logical and inherited diseases. Two variants of these procedures are autologous (аuto-HSCT) and allogeneic (аllо-HSCT) transplantation. Indications, availability of donor (related, unrelated, haploidentical), conditioning regimen (myeloablative, reduce intensity conditioning regimens, non-myeloablative), methods of “graft versus host disease” prophylaxis are taken into account when performing HSCT. In allo-HSCT “graft versus leukemia” effect develops and it is the platform for providing of immunoadoptive therapy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аллогенная трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток у детей</kwd><kwd>виды</kwd><kwd>источники</kwd><kwd>показания</kwd><kwd>эффективность</kwd><kwd>осложнения</kwd><kwd>перспективы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in children</kwd><kwd>prospects</kwd><kwd>sources</kwd><kwd>indications</kwd><kwd>efficiency</kwd><kwd>complications</kwd><kwd>possibility</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Passweg J.
