Фиброаденомы (ФА) являются наиболее частыми доброкачественными новообразованиями молочных желез у детей и подростков. В ряде случаев они могут быть частью наследственных опухолевых синдромов, связанных с высоким риском развития злокачественных новообразований (ЗНО) в течение жизни, в связи с чем проведение генетического тестирования является актуальным.</p><p>Цель исследования – представить спектр генетических мутаций в онкоассоциированных генах по результатам секвенирования нового поколения (Next-Generation Sequencing, NGS) у молодых пациенток с ФА молочных желез.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование вошли 16 пациенток подросткового возраста, которые наблюдались в НИИ детской онкологии и гематологии в период с 2020 по 2023 г. с ФА молочных желез. Анализ генетических мутаций проводился методом NGS.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Патогенные варианты мутаций в онкоассоциированных генах выявлены у 4 (25 %) пациенток. В 2 случаях ФА являлись проявлением синдрома Коудена, связанного с повреждением гена PTEN, 2 пациентки оказались носительницами мутаций в генах BRCA1 и BRCA2.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Определение спектра генетических мутаций в онкоассоциированных генах у молодых пациенток с ФА молочных желез открывает возможности формирования групп риска в целях ранней диагностики и своевременного лечения ЗНО.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Fibroadenomas are the most common benign tumors of the mammary glands in children and adolescents. In some cases, they may be part of hereditary tumor predisposition syndromes associated with a high risk of developing malignant neoplasms throughout life, and therefore genetic testing is relevant.</p><p>The purpose of the study is to discribe the spectrum of genetic mutations in cancer-associated genes according to the results of next generation sequencing (NGS) in young patients with breast fibroadenomas.</p></sec><sec><title>Matherials and methods</title><p>Matherials and methods. Sixteen teenage girls with fibroadenomas of the breast who were followed up in Research Institute of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology from 2020 to 2023 were enrolled in this study. Genetic testing by NGS was performed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Pathogenic variants in cancer-associated genes were found in 4 (25 %) patients. In two cases, fibroadenomas were a part of Cowden’s syndrome associated with PTEN inactivation; two patients carried pathogenic variants in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
