Несмотря на мультимодальное лечение, прогноз в данной группе остается неблагоприятным: у 50 % пациентов наблюдается рецидив основного заболевания, из них более 90 % умирают. В связи с этим создание эффективных стратегий профилактики рецидива заболевания представляет собой ключевую задачу для улучшения отдаленных результатов. В статье представлен обзор публикаций, посвященных применению препарата эфлорнитин (DFMO) в терапии детей с нейробластомой группы высокого риска.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Current approaches to treating high-risk neuroblastoma include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and immunotherapy. Despite multimodal treatment, the prognosis for this group of patients remains poor: relapse of the underlying disease occurs in 50 % of cases, and over 90 % of these patients die. Therefore, developing effective strategies to prevent relapse is key to improving long-term outcomes.
