В статье рассмотрены причины, механизмы и нарушения, возникающие после лечения цитостатическими препаратами, а также способы сохранения репродуктивной функции. Представлен опыт Федерального научно-клинического центра детской гематологии, онкологии и иммунологии им. Дмитрия Рогачева в решении данной проблемы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>One of the main side effects of anticancer therapy is male infertility. The article deals with the causes, mechanisms and effects, occurring after treatment with cytotoxic drugs, as well as ways to preserve the reproductive function.
