Статья посвящена персонализированному подбору химиопрепаратов на культуре клеток интракраниальных опухолей, полученных от пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. На первичных культурах клеток интракраниальных опухолей (пилоцитарная астроцитома, анапластическая астроцитома, глиобластома и медуллобластома), взятых от 98 пациентов в возрасте от 3 месяцев до 17 лет, оценивали их чувствительность к химиопрепаратам (винкристину, карбоплатину, метотрексату, темозоломиду, цитарабину, циклофосфамиду, цисплатину и этопозиду) по окрашиванию клеток трипановым синим в камере Горяева. Применяя метод главных компонент (МГК) и двухфакторного дисперсионного анализа устанавливали зависимости химиочувствительности от фактора «пациент», типа опухоли и механизма действия химиопрепаратов.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основе данных о чувствительности клеток нейроэпителиальных новообразований к химиопрепаратам у конкретного пациента применение статистических методов анализа позволяет выявить в группе пациентов лиц с высокой, умеренной или низкой химиочувствительностью, больных, у которых химиопрепараты действуют однонаправлено и эффективно или разнонаправлено и обладают слабым цитотоксическим действием на опухоль. Применение метода двухфакторного дисперсионного анализа позволило установить, что главным фактором, влияющим на чувствительность клеток опухолей к химиопрепаратам, является фактор «пациент».</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Применение МГК создает научную основу для индивидуального подбора схем (протоколов) терапии у данного контингента больных</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The article is devoted to the personalized selection of chemotherapy for intracranial tumor cell cultures obtained from patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In the primary cell cultures of intracranial tumors (pilocytic astrocytoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, glioblastoma and medulloblastoma), taken from 98 patients aged 3 months to 17 years, were evaluated their sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs (vincristine, carboplatin, methotrexate, temozolomide, cytarabine, cyclophosphamide, cisplatin and etoposide) by staining the cells with trypan blue in Goryaev chamber. Using principal component analysis and two-factor analysis of variance was adjusted depending on the chemosensitivity factor ‟patient”, the type of tumor, and the mechanism of action of chemotherapy.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on cell sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs neuroepithelial tumors particular patient applying statistical methods of analysis allows to identify individual patients at high, moderate or low chemosensitivity, patients with chemotherapy and effectively act unidirectionally or differently and have weak cytotoxic effect on the tumor. Application of the method of two-way analysis of variance revealed that the main factor affecting the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs is a factor of the ‟patient”.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
