В статье представлены данные по анализу организации лечения пациентов с ретинобластомой (РБ) в регионах Российской Федерации, основные проблемы, связанные с диагностикой и лечением данной группы пациентов. Авторы показывают необходимость внедрения на территории России новых, органосохраняющих, методов терапии РБ, которые позволят улучшить качество оказываемой помощи детям.

The article presents data on the analysis of the organization of treatment of patients with retinoblastoma (RB) in the regions of the Russian Federation, the main problems associated with the diagnosis and treatment of this group of patients. The authors show the need for the introduction in Russia of new, organ-preserving, therapies RB that will improve the quality of care for children.
