В работе описан клинический случай нейробластомы (НБ) забрюшинного пространства с массивной инвазией в паренхиму почки у ребенка 4 лет. Обсуждается актуальность своевременного дифференциального диагноза опухоли Вильмса и НБ, прорастающей в почку, а также первично интраренальной НБ. Приведены литературные данные относительно тактики дифференциальной диагностики на основе клинической симптоматики, результатов инструментальных и лабораторных методов исследования.

In this paper describes a clinical case of neuroblastoma (NB) retroperitoneal space with a massive invasion of the renal parenchyma in a child of 4 years. We discuss the relevance of timely differential diagnosis of Wilms tumor and NB, germinating in the kidney, as well as primary intrarenal NB. Literature data concerning the tactics of the differential diagnosis based on clinical symptoms and results of laboratory and instrumental methods of research.
