В статье представлено описание клинического случая и сложность установления стадии заболевания у пациента первого года жизни с нейробластомой (НБ) шеи. Показан диагностический поиск, направленный на выявление отдаленных метастазов опухоли. Подчеркнута важность выполнения сцинтиграфии с 123I-метайодбензилгуанидином для выявления отдаленных метастазов у пациентов с НБ и правильной стратификации пациентов на группы риска.

The article describes the clinical case and the complexity of the staging of the disease the patient’s first year of life with neuroblastoma (NB) of the neck. Shows diagnostic search aimed at identifying distant metastasis of the tumor. Highlighted perform scintigraphy with 123I metaiodobenzylguanidine to detect distant metastases in patients with NB and correct stratification of patients into risk groups.
