Н.И. Пирогова» Минздрава России. Пятилетняя общая выживаемость составила 63 %, 5-летняя безрецидивная выживаемость – 84 %, что соответствует данным ряда международных исследований. Было показано, что достижение полного ответа является основным прогностическим фактором эффективности высокодозной химиотерапии с аутологичной трансплантацией кроветворных стволовых клеток.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article represents the role of high-dose chemotherapy following autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for Hodgkin lymphoma and summarizes the results of 10-years’ experience of high-dose chemotherapy following autologous hematopoietic stem transplantation cell for Hodgkin lymphoma in N.I. Pirogov National Medical and Surgical Center. 5-year overall survival was 63 %, 5-year progressivefree survival – 84 % that corresponds with international data.
