В лекции рассмотрен вопрос о том, как под влиянием последних научных открытий и введения в практику новых препаратов поменялся сам терапевтический подход в области онкологии. Отдельно обсуждена разработка иммунотерапевтических препаратов в рамках концепции взаимодействия опухоли и организма, когда мы рассматриваем опухоль не как отдельную, но как составную часть организма, непрерывно взаимодействующую с различными органами и системами, включая иммунную. Также рассмотрен вопрос о новых концепциях использования иммунотерапии в клинической практике. На примере антитела к GD2- антигену я расскажу о процессе создания и внедрения в клинику антител и как это повлияло на результаты лечения одной из самых частых солидных опухолей у детей – нейробластомы.
Lecture considering question of changing of therapeutic approach in the field of oncology under the influence of recent scientific findings and implementation of new drugs. Separately discussed development of drugs for immunotherapy in the concept of relations between tumor and organism when we considering tumor as not a separate, but as a composite part of organism continuously interacting with different organs and systems, including immune system. Question of new concepts of application of immunotherapy in clinical practice also considered. Based on example of antibody to GD2-antigen I will tell about the process of creation and implementation of antibodies to the practice and how this process influenced on the results of treatment of one of the most frequent solid tumors at children – neuroblastoma.
