В данной статье продолжается рассказ об особенностях ведения медицинской сестрой пациентов в клинике детской гематологии-онкологии и о том, как можно улучшить эффективность работы. В материале показаны основные ошибки, связанные с проведением лекарственной терапии, и подробно разобраны их примеры. Ошибки включают: трудности узнавания, когда используются похожие упаковки лекарственных средств; трудности узнавания, когда используются близкие по звучанию названия лекарственных средств; недостаток информации о лекарственном средстве; ошибки, связанные с неправильным назначением лекарственного препарата.

 

This article continues a story of features of work of nurse with patients in pediatric hematological-oncological hospital and how to improve results of this work. Most common mistakes of drug therapy represented in this manuscript, detailed examples of such mistakes described. Mistakes such as difficulties in recognition (when same packages are used), difficulties in recognition (when drugs with the same names used), lack of information about drug and mistakes with incorrect drug administration are represented in this article.
