Согласно литературным данным, метастазэктомия легкого является частью стандартного лечения для взрослых, но сведения об оперативном лечении метастатических образований у детей остаются малоизученными. Как правило, метастатическое поражение сопровождает прогрессирование опухолевого процесса. Начиная с 1960-х годов, ведутся разработки методики изолированной перфузии легкого, результаты которых отражены в немногочисленных статьях, однако большинство исследований направлены на изучение возможностей применения и на непосредственные результаты выполнения этой методики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review article provides information about metastases of solid tumors in the lungs: from pathogenesis and the first experience of metastasectomy to a combined local method of therapeutic treatment. According to the literature, lung metastasectomy is part of the standard treatment for adults, but information about the surgical treatment of metastatic lesions in children remains poorly understood. As a rule, metastatic lesion accompanies the progression of the tumor process.
