<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is a regenerative volumetric liver formation that can occur as a result of the reaction of hepatocytes to local vascular circulatory disorders and is one of the late complications in patients who received high-dose chemotherapy followed by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. This article presents a description of two clinical cases of development of liver FNH in patients with high-risk neuroblastoma identified in the late stages from the end of specific treatment. A possible reason for the development of liver FNH in these patients could be the use of alkylating drugs (ifosfamide, threosulfan, busulfan, melphalan).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>нейробластома</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>аутологичная трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>поздние осложнения</kwd><kwd>фокальная нодулярная гиперплазия печени</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>neuroblastoma</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>late complications</kwd><kwd>focal nodular liver hyperplasia</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Maris J.M.
