В эти годы 5‑летняя выживаемость постоянно стабильно улучшалась и сегодня превысила 80% в развитых странах для всех типов детского рака (рисунок [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]). В связи с тем, что дети, излечившиеся от рака, перешагивают порог зрелости, клиницисты и ученые концентрируют особое внимание на оптимизации качества последующей жизни пациентов для заболеваний, которые в целом отвечают на цитотоксические агенты и обуславливают повреждение нормальных тканей.</p><p>В данном обзоре мы коснемся различных детских онкологических заболеваний, однако фокус обзора будет касаться детской лейкемии в связи с тем, что она является наиболее изученной, а ее лечение вбирает многие новые идеи по терапии и последующей реабилитации. Развитие подходов к лечению детской лейкемии имело большое влияние и на терапию онкологических заболеваний во взрослойпопуляции.</p><p>Автор перевода: К.И.
