Риск развития ППН зависит от качества (функции) и количества (объема) планируемого остатка печени. Поэтому всем пациентам, которым планируется обширная резекция печени, необходимо выполнять предоперационную оценку функции планируемого остатка печени. Гепатобилиарная сцинтиграфия с 99mTc-mebrofenin все чаще используется для количественной оценки функции планируемого остатка печени перед обширными резекциями печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Liver resection remains one of the most important option in combined treatment for liver tumors; however, it harbors the risk of developing posthepatectomy liver failure. The principal risk is associated with the quality and quantity of the future remnant liver. Therefore, preoperative assessment of the future remnant liver is essential in patients scheduled for major hepatectomy.
