В условиях пандемии новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 дифференциальная диагностика пневмоний, сопровождающихся изменениями легочной ткани по типу «матового стекла», является крайне актуальной. В настоящей работе представлены мировые данные по клинико-лабораторной и рентгенологической диагностике пневмонии у детей, вызванной вирусом SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2). Отдельное внимание уделено особенностям рентгенологической картины в зависимости от возраста ребенка. Приведены 2 клинических примера, наглядно иллюстрирующие необходимость проведения комплексной микробиологической, иммунологической, молекулярной и рентгенологической диагностики для определения генеза изменений в легких у онкогематологических больных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pneumoniasinpatientswithhempblastoses, arisingduringtreatmentinsettingofmyelotoxicagranulocytosis, arelife-threateningcomplications, which press complex approach for diagnosis and treatment. In condition of new coronavirus infection COVID-19 pandemia, differential diagnosis of pneumonia with “ground glass” lung changes is a hot issue. In the current paper we present world data on clinical, laboratory and X-ray diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2) pneumonia in children. Special attention is paid to X-ray features depending of child age.
