Дерматоскопический анализ в качестве неинвазивного подхода на сегодняшний день по праву относится к методу выбора среди всех существующих. В работе представлен опыт дерматоскопического исследования новообразований кожи когорты пациентов детского возраста с оценкой диагностической информативности и визуализацией вероятности диагностической ошибки путем построения математической матрицы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The need for differential diagnosis of skin tumors in children and adolescents determines the relevance of improving age-adapted research methods. Dermatoscopic analysis rightfully belongs to the method of choice as a non-invasive approach today.
