Возникновение ВТ у ребенка со ЗНО увеличивает длительность лечения, повышает его стоимость, а также негативно влияет на выживаемость и ухудшает качество жизни пациентов. Более глубокое понимание процессов, приводящих к патологическому тромбообразованию у данной группы больных, позволит более эффективно работать в сфере их предупреждения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a frequent complication in children receiving treatment of cancer. VTE in a child with cancer increases duration of treatment and its cost, may reduce survival rates and affects the quality of life.
