Лучевой дерматит является основным побочным эффектом со стороны кожи при проведении ЛТ. В статье рассмотрены современные представления о патогенезе лучевого дерматита, актуальные подходы к профилактике и лечению данного нежелательного явления.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>   Radiation therapy (RT) is associated with high incidence of dermatologic adverse events. Radiation dermatitis is a major cutaneous side effect of RT.
