<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This paper presents a protocol of dispensary observation of patients with neuroblastoma of low-risk group. Development of the observation protocol is based on the experience of German group on treatment of neurogenic tumors (protocol NB-2004) and published data on the prognosis and incidence of recurrence in this cohort of patients.</p><p>Aspects of distant organ toxicity for patients receiving chemotherapy due to availability of life-threatening symptoms at diagnosis and further observation are covered. In this article we do not touch upon the subject of observation of patients with stage 4S disease, as this group of patients requires a more detailed discussion.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>нейробластома</kwd><kwd>группа низкого риска</kwd><kwd>диспансерное наблюдение</kwd><kwd>рецидив</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>neuroblastoma</kwd><kwd>low-risk group</kwd><kwd>dispensary observation</kwd><kwd>recurrence</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Goodman M.S., Gurney J.G., Smith M.A., Olshan A.F.
