Частота возникновения ПНС при ЗНО составляет от 1 до 20 %, по данным различных авторов. Одним из его проявлений является акне (устар. угревая болезнь), которое на фоне ЗНО возникает в связи с гормональными нарушениями.</p><p>Представленная статья содержит описание клинического случая пациента с герминогенно-клеточной опухолью (ГКО) смешанного строения и метастазами в забрюшинных лимфатических узлах. ГКО продуцировала бета-хорионический гонадотропин человека (β-ХГЧ), что опосредованно привело к развитию акне как ПНС.</p><p>Противоопухолевое лечение (хирургическое удаление опухоли и полихимиотерапия) нормализовало уровни β-ХГЧ и тестостерона в сыворотке крови, что в свою очередь повлекло за собой регресс угревых высыпаний без проведения терапии, направленной на лечение акне.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>malignant neoplasms (MNP). The frequency of PNS in MNP ranges from 1 to 20 % according to different authors. One of the manifestations of PNS is acne, which occurs against the background of malignant neoplasm due to hormonal disorders.</p><p>The presented article describes a clinical case of a patient with a mixed germ cell tumor and metastases in the retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
