Общепринятых стандартов терапии рецидивов и рефрактерных форм (р/р) ГКЛ в настоящий момент не существует. Прогноз пациентов, страдающих данной патологией, остается неблагоприятным. Современные подходы к терапии р/р ГКЛ включают использование BRAF- и MEK-ингибиторов, применение клеточных технологий лечения. В статье приведен литературный обзор актуальных подходов к лечению р/р ГКЛ на сегодняшний день и определены перспективы дальнейших исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Despite of good outcomes in treatment of patients with newly diagnosed Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH), recurrences have been reported in 29.9 % of patients. There are currently no generally accepted standards for the treatment of recurrences and refractory forms of LCH. The prognosis of patients, suffering from this pathology, remains unfavorable. Current treatment approaches of recurrences and refractory forms of LCH include using of BRAF- and MEK-inhibitors and cellular treatment technologies.
