ДИНАМИЧЕСКОЕ НАБЛЮДЕНИЕ ДЕТЕЙ ПОСЛЕ АЛЛОГЕННОЙ ТРАНСПЛАНТАЦИИ ГЕМОПОЭТИЧЕСКИХ СТВОЛОВЫХ КЛЕТОК

Аннотация
В статье представлена схема мониторинга поздних осложнений у детей после проведения им трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток (ТГСК), а также особенности диспансеризации этих больных, как в специализированных, так и в лечебно-профилактических учреждениях по месту жительства. Приведено краткое описание поздних осложнений, их диагностики и лечения. Данная публикация предназначена для врачей, проводящих различные виды ТГСК, детских онкогематологов, гематологов, иммунологов и педиатров, осуществляющих наблюдение за детьми с онкогематологической и иммунологической патологией на местах, а также для врачей узкой специализации (эндокринологов, невропатологов, окулистов, гинекологов, кардиологов, гастроэнтерологов, нефрологов и др.).
