Эндотелиальная дисфункция как фактор риска тромботических осложнений у детей с послеоперационным тромбоцитозом (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Эндотелиальная дисфункция (ЭД) – ключевое звено в развитии тромботических осложнений и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. В статье рассмотрены биохимические и молекулярные механизмы ЭД. Особое внимание уделено роли ЭД в развитии тромбозов у пациентов после спленэктомии. У детей ЭД может быть вызвана врожденными патологиями, хроническими заболеваниями или хирургическими вмешательствами, что делает проблему особенно актуальной в педиатрии. Описаны современные методы диагностики, а также их ограничения в педиатрической практике. Рассмотрены потенциальные терапевтические подходы, однако единые стандарты лечения отсутствуют. Статья акцентирует внимание на важности изучения ЭД как значимого фактора риска, требующего новых подходов в педиатрии и детской гематологии.
