Typical mistakes in the work of a nurse and how to avoid them. Part 2: drug therapy

Abstract

This article continues a story of features of work of nurse with patients in pediatric hematological-oncological hospital and how to improve results of this work. Most common mistakes of drug therapy represented in this manuscript, detailed examples of such mistakes described. Mistakes such as difficulties in recognition (when same packages are used), difficulties in recognition (when drugs with the same names used), lack of information about drug and mistakes with incorrect drug administration are represented in this article.
