Первичные лимфомы центральной нервной системы у детей и подростков

Аннотация

Первичные лимфомы центральной нервной системы (ПЛЦНС) являются очень редким и одним из самых агрессивных вариантов экстранодальных неходжкинских лимфом (НХЛ). ПЛЦНС составляют от 4 до 7 % злокачественных опухолей центральной нервной системы у взрослых, а их истинная частота у детей неизвестна. В последние несколько десятилетий встречаемость ПЛЦНС растет, что, возможно, связано с увеличением числа лиц с первичными и вторичными иммунодефицитами, хотя ПЛЦНС диагностируются и у лиц без иммунодефицитных состояний. В связи с редкой частотой встречаемости ПЛЦНС у детей и подростков клинико-морфоиммунологические особенности данного экстранодального варианта НХЛ нуждаются в обобщении и систематизации. Не менее актуальной проблемой является выбор тактики терапии ПЛЦНС в педиатрии. В настоящем обзоре представлен мировой и отечественный опыт диагностики и лечения ПЛЦНС у детей и подростков.
