Профилактика мужского бесплодия при лечении опухолей. Проблемы и решения

Аннотация

Одним из основных побочных эффектов противоопухолевой терапии является мужское бесплодие. В статье рассмотрены причины, механизмы и нарушения, возникающие после лечения цитостатическими препаратами, а также способы сохранения репродуктивной функции. Представлен опыт Федерального научно-клинического центра детской гематологии, онкологии и иммунологии им. Дмитрия Рогачева в решении данной проблемы.
